Specify Your Requirement for Galvanized Welded Wire Mesh

Welded wire mesh as commodity can be described from material, wire diameter, mesh count, processing, surface treatment, forms of supply whether in rolls or panels and roll sizes.

Different processing makes varied properties. So it is important to choose the processing according to your application. Normally we have four processings for galvanized welded wire mesh:

Type 1.Wire welded together before electro galvanized. This kind of welded fabrics offer uniform outlook.
Type 2.Wire welded together before hot dipped zinc plating. This kind of welded fabric has both beautiful outlook and better corrosion resistance compared with Type 1.
Type 3: Wire welded after electro galvanized. This means that we use iron wire electro galvanized first, then welded into square opening with welders. May have some effect on the galvanizing.
Type 4: Welded after hot dipped zinc coating. Welded fabric of this kind offer better properties compared with Type 3.
